1. Sign up.

Sign up is simple, quick, and free! Whether you’re looking for advice as a member or offering advice as an expert, you first start by creating an account profile. Then, decide if you want to apply to be an expert and get paid for your expert advice and insight or sign up as a user to get advice from experts. 

2. Find an Expert Advisor.

Users can easily find expert advisors to help with their relationship goals and challenges by using our search functionality. Peruse the database of options and filter by price point and category of interest.

3. Schedule the Call.

Once you have found the expert you want to initiate a teleconferencing call with, its time to schedule a time to do so. Click on the ‘Request A Call’ button in the experts’ profile or listing. You will be given the option to login as a user or sign up. If you are logged in, it will lead you to the ‘Call Details’ page. If you are not logged in, you will need to sign up as a user to be able to schedule a call.  

On the ‘Call Details’ page fill out what you would like to speak about, your phone number, and your anticipated duration of the call. Then select the top three times and days that best works for your schedule.   We have calculated the anticipated cost for the call for your convenience. Now, just click ‘Book Your Call’ when you are ready to move forward.

Experts have 72 hours to respond, or the call will expire (at no cost to the member). Experts will either confirm one of the requested times or send over new times that work better for them. This back and forth scheduling happens until a mutually agreed upon time is requested. Either party can also cancel the call if need be.

When scheduling the call, the user will be asked for payment information. A user is charged at that time for the initial call amount based on the rate and duration scheduled.

4. Confirm.

Once the expert accepts a requested date and time, a confirmation is sent to both parties.  It is a private and confidential teleconferencing call between just the user and the expert.

5. Connect and Communicate.

At the confirmed date and time, both the user and expert will call the conference line and access code to connect over the phone (so the call isn’t with your personal phone number). When the call is over, the user is billed for any time that the call runs over beyond the original scheduled time or credited any balance if the call runs shorter than originally scheduled. Users than have the opportunity to rate the call experience and expert interaction in a review. The payment will be then sent to the experts Stripe account.
